Re: Hyundai Motor Finance repo I know it's been a couple of weeks since this OP posted but OP, if you are still on here, you need to research the statutes related to repossessions in your state CA sued Hyundai for a Kia repo done wrong; the creditor got the balance redacted, and the derogatory taken off credit reports

Re: Repo with Hyundai motor finance I agree with the post above, check kbb for a realistic value, check CarMax, Vroom, and Carvana, and then run the numbers It's truly difficult to be upside down in a vehicle that was purchase more than 2 years ago

I just leased a 2015 Sonata I have a BK7 that closed Nov 2014 and the credit score they pulled for me was only 617 Still got the lease at a fairly decent rate The money factor was 00210 which equates to about 5% With your scores you should do much better

Re: What score does Hyundai pull? this response is a little misleading--- many dealers will run your credit to shop your rate In many places (like West coast) experian is widely used especially by credit unions (CUDL)-- Hyundai Finance their captive lender bases their rates on Transunion scores and data Hope this clarifies
