At the Immigration Counter You will need to submit your SGAC before arriving in Singapore and present your travel document to the ICA officer at the immigration counter

The new Immigration Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Services Centre (ISC) located at 2 Crawford Street, Singapore 207218, will commence operations on 7 April 2025

The processing time for a passport is around four to six weeks upon ICA’s receipt of the application, if you have submitted all the necessary documents The processing time will be longer if your photograph does not meet the requirements
