You can wait out the one-year interlock sentence if you were given a conditional discharge and not sentenced to probation If you were sentenced to probation, it gets a little trickier Before you start driving, check with the DMV to make sure the ignition interlock requirement is removed from your license, even if it is over one year since your sentence

Have a doctor evaluate you and author a letter that s he is prepared to backup indicating why you cannot generate sufficient breath to blow into an IID Then be prepared to be sent for an independent medical evaluation by a doctor of DMV's choosing If this is not 100% legit then you don't wanna get caught gaming the system It will not work out well for you Wishing you good judgment, luck
