Me: 31, Dx: Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, Elevated AMH of 18 DH: 34 borderline morphology issues IUI#1 cycle with Menopur Novarel = Mild OHSS BFN IUI#2 cycle with Menopur Novarel = BFN IVF#1 converted to FET due to moderate OHSS 21 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, 11 fertilized 7 frosties, 6 genetically normal December 5th FET with one perfect blast = BFN FET #2 = early February

I was 31 for my first and second IVF cycles We had 4 eggs retrieved mature for IVF #1 with 3 fertilize and 3 beautiful expanded blasts On IVF #2, I had 6 retrieved, 4 mature and 3 fertilize Only 2 made it to blasts and only one of those was considered great quality wise IVF #3 (I was 32), I had 7-8 retrieved, 4 mature and 2 fertilize

My first IVF was cancelled due to crazy high E2 levels and being no where near ready for ER It was devistating, but it was the right thing to do My RE tweeked my protocol from that experience and IVF 2 I got pregnant but ot for long:-( We did the same routine for IVF 3 and here I am! Good luck!

Welcome! I am sorry you have to go through IVF, but it is my understanding that the PID will have little bearing on your IVF now that your tubes are removed If you had hydrosalpinx as a result of the PID, and the tubes were still in place, the fluid could leak and jeopardize the pregnancy
