91 octane is recommended by Indian (in the manuals) The Indians (and pretty much every other vehicle built in the last 25+ years) are designed to run perfectly fine on E10 ethanol You might see a slight <3% decrease in mileage, but typically price savings more than makes up for that decrease

My 2024 Indian Pursuit has less than 3,000 miles I went for a ride and out of no where my bike just lost acceleration Pull over and put the bike in 1st gear and it wouldn’t move Got the bike to an Indian dealership and they stated to me that the clutch was never set to what he stated (standard) when I bought the bike

My guess is that the 116 is no better on emissions than the 111, but Indian didn't want to go through the Euro certification process with the 111 when it's become a "minority" engine I think they should have settled on the 116 for all Thunderstrokes years ago, but their Marketing department says they have to have something to differentiate models

That being said, it is really sad to hear about Smoky Mtn Indian Especially for their customer base that now has nowhere to get service I think that their closest dealer now is probably either D2 Motorsports in Greer, SC or Knoxville Indian Both are about a hour away
