When I do block a junk mail in Outlook, they simply keep sending with a different return address every time Gmail does allow to block by Name only, thus giving way far less junk email

Donata, I know for a fact that the junk mail rule can be disabled in O365 exchange accounts which is the platform that outlook com and hotmail com uses I have disabled the junk mail rule on an O365 account for a domain I own elsewhere
