Had the same issue - I was able to fix it by going into Task Manager and ending the task for "Jabra Direct" under Processes Note I had already closed Jabra Direct from the taskbar but there was still a process running called Jabra Direct When this was ended the installation completed with no issue Reply reply ctmred •

Did some research online and it appeared that the answer was to download the Jabra Direct app, but this doesn't detect the headset unless you're using the Jabra USB dongle My laptop is in and out of a dock which obscures the only USB-C port on the laptop, so wasn't really practical for me to use the included dongle
