I am also looking for an Oregon knifemaker to repair restore an heirloom Remington R1123 pocketknife It is a pretty valuable knife but in fairly rough condition and I would like to have it mildly customized with a Damascus blade to replace the one that's broken I'm in Tualatin, but would be willing to travel an hour or more to find the right craftsman Any takers?

Ive replaced both of my chucks in the last 6 months, both were 17" and neither of them had the key hole for the drift key The arbor was part of the spindle so be careful I removed the Jacobs 33 chucks and put uberchucks on them Love them
