R42 we use washing machines and dryers in Australia, okay But we don't always use a dryer We use a clothesline because we have sunlight almost 365 days a year, (especially in Queensland the Sunshine State), it cuts our electricity bill down for those of us who aren't high income earners, and it's just more practical most times to use a clothesline
