Jomashop now has the watch serviced repaired by an outside watchmaker They botch the job, since Jomashop wants to do it on the cheap Watch is now sold on to customer B Hence why some people get watches with damage and or dust or gasket issues, when they are supposedly new I'd NEVER buy a watch from them based on all the reports I've seen

I purchased my first Rolex DJ from Jomanshop The only issue is they they give you a Jomanshop warranty card, not the Rolex one Their warranty is 2 years from purchase date I lost the crown on my watch (don’t know how) about 4 years after purchase Since it didn’t have a warranty I took it to an AD The AD sent it to Rolex Service Center in Queens, NY and it was repaired and serviced for
