How do I COMPLETELY disable Junk Mail on Outlook. com? Donata, I know for a fact that the junk mail rule can be disabled in O365 exchange accounts which is the platform that outlook com and hotmail com uses I have disabled the junk mail rule on an O365 account for a domain I own elsewhere
