Portland is its own city, and it has a very distinct feel that I really love I love the different neighborhoods, and the streets are laid out well so it's easy to say where you are There's no shortage of food restaurants and bars, great places to go outside, and good dog parks

Agreed, a lot of the stuff they listed I would just consider an average-price meal When you're specifically calling out inexpensive restaurants, I'm thinking more along the lines of $5-$10 per person (with the higher end of that range being places that give you a lot of food for your money)
