We ported out from Koodo to Fizz Saturday afternoon, called the win-back number after a 1-2 hours and signed up for the Koodo plan yesterday with physical SIM Called back today to change to esim and after a couple hours of being sent in circles, stumbled on the same agent as yesterday who fixed it and changed it to e-sim

I tried first with Koodo Prepaid and the agent, very nicely, mentioned only post paid works After porting to Fizz, expect 20 minutes process to transfer, call the OP number, waited for 10 minutes, and the process is done within 10
