Hi there folks I’m purchasing a 2007 Kuhn GMD 500 I was wonder what are some things to look out for It is really clean always stored inside it looks almost brand new, it was bought new by an older gentleman that I’m buying from now I’ve always had new holland mowers just seeing if the kuhn mowers are much different

Also found a left over 2014 GMD 600 for a little less Also looked at the Kubota mowers, they look lighter than Kuhn, about the same money Really don't want one of the off brands like Forts, been there and done that NH is a heavy mower and more money Overall the Kubota is the lightest mower, Kuhn the NH

I have a Kuhn 2 basket Tedder in New Holland colors What I absolutely HATE about Kuhn equipment is parts lists are not online However, I really like my Kuhn NH Tedder and funny thing is, New Holland's website has exploded views of all parts - wonderful! There is both a New Holland and JD Frontier version of the Kuhn tedder you are considering

I have a kuhn sr108 that is probably 10 years old and is having issues raking hay cleanly I have adjusted everything on it like the ground pressure, made sure the rake was level and the windrow width and it still misses hay In heavy thick hay it’s like the back 2 wheels get lifted up and rides

Love the Kuhn, no roping of windrows nice and fluffy I was looking at Kuhn 4220TH and Krone 38T After doing a side-by-side comparison I decided on the Kuhn The Kuhn is a bit wider, 4 tines per arm and parts store a little closer I think the Krone is a little heavier For the same amount of money the Kuhn was the way to go

Looking to buy a new 4 basket tedder Two local dealers I like and one sells Kuhn and other sells NH and Pequea By looking at them it looks like the heaviest built one is the Pequea Its a couple thousand cheaper than a Kuhn but like the Kuhn as well and Kuhn has a good reputation over the years Then have a few guys say go with Krone?
