Re: Ally bank cannot login Post by w5000 » Sat Mar 25, 2023 2:21 pm I've been able to get the security number via phone call to my GV number, but I have to (temporarily) turn off call screening (which I normally keep on) -- otherwise their system hangs up on me before I can accept the call and press 1 to get my security code

Next, I deleted the online setup for the account that was giving me trouble and then "Added an Account" for Ally This time got the window "Ally Bank - We found the following account" and this time the "Link to existing" allowed me to select the correct account to link Finshed the add update, but still no updating of any of my Ally Accounts

I added a new Ally bank account to my existing Ally login I had several already When I connect to Ally

However, while trying to previously debug the issue I disconnected one of my Ally accounts from Online Services So I re-connected that account, re-linked all the accounts it found at Ally to my Quicken accounts, and then it worked
