I fixed this by not opening it through a third party launcher and instead finding the Cyberpunk2077 exe file and opening it directly from there: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 You can right click the file and create shortcut then cut and paste the created shortcut of the Cyberpunk2077 file to desktop in order to launch from desktop I'm not certain yet
