Kathryn has extensive experience in the schools, in pediatric healthcare settings, and in private clinics She especially enjoys working with children with complex needs Kathryn has a passion for learning new things to provide evidence-based, quality treatment

Her professional experience includes working with pediatric patients, orthopedic patients, as well as neurological patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting She began her journey at Leaps Bounds by volunteering with the hippotherapy program before coming on as a full time DPT

Leaps Bounds Pediatric Therapy was founded in June 2010 by Cassandra Sanders-Holly PT, DPT, PCS Cassandra had spent 6 years of her career as a physical therapist in a pediatric setting in Orange County and educating doctor of physical therapy students at the University of Southern California
