Re:Lenovo T14s - Internal Microphone driver issue No "Mic" under input devices --> Win10 v1803 Hi, I also have the same issue, on windows 10 2004, Bios options are turned on for microphone, I have used Lenovo system update to check the drivers and also stripped them off and let Microsoft add them from windows updates No luck
