As an aside When I test drove an IS all the way back in 2007 to cross shop between that, a 3 Series and a G35 sedan, the Lexus dealership was by far the best experience When I told the sales guy that I had purchased another car instead of a Lexus and thanked him for his time, I got a card from him a week later congratulating me on my purchase

Dealership was extremely shady, tried to upcharge me about $10k on a $33k used 2020 IS300 which was such bullshit (scam fees like etching on a used car, cash upcharge, etc ) But the dealerships in Pleasanton, CA and Stoler Lexus in NY were amazing and had great, courteous, professional service I think they can j be super hit or miss
