Chess is one of those games were all "bad" at relative to some other players out there which is what I love about it You might however consider what is the average rating on lichess and compare yourself to that I don't know for a fact but I'm guessing that Stockfish level 3 is slightly under average What is your lichess rating?

Lichess has a stronger average player base, you will always have a way higher percentile on chess com (although they do measure activity differently, but it is still very much the case)

Lichess has better players on average, which shouldn't surprise anyone since Chess com has the better domain name, more marketing, and way more people The people who play on lichess likely started elsewhere like chess com then made the switch
