I know I'm a bit late, but I just figured out how to do it First you need to add Locale Emulator to Playnite via Library > Configure Emulators Then you add a game that needs Locale Emulator using the Add Game > Emulated Game option with the Locale Emulator profile selected in the import window And then you launch it just like any other game
