I remember needing those icons for a training presentation, and I found that the Microsoft Design website has a bunch of resources you can download Just search for "Microsoft Office 365 icons" there, and you should find what you need They usually have clear guidelines for using them too, which is super helpful

Thanks I'll try that and most likely will solve my situation I was wondering if out of the box the logo provided on main parent site overrides everything else, then why does Microsoft even provides the option of logo on the sub-sites when it's always going to take it from main parent site Thanks for idea you gave Appreciate your time

Hi Mia, To specifically answer your question: the proper image size for a logo in a SharePoint online site is 180px wide by 64px high Image format is commonly png (since it supports an alpha channel transparency), but I don't believe that's a firm requirement I hope that helps! - Sean

Still not working for us either - we've changed it every which way, through Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint but the logo still doesn't show up in Teams We've deleted the site asset through sharepoint (which gets recreated every time you upload a thumbnail) and tried different image sizes (this is the simplest of icons)

I have managed to get the logo thumbnail to stick today by going to Site assets, deleting the existing "__siteIcon__ jpg " and then quickly uploading a new logo with the same file name and extension in Change the look > Header > Change site logo thumbnail Bit of a phaff but it's sticking so far! Pngs are working for the site logo Best wishes
