The nearest store is over an hour away, so I waited a week to go to a store In the meantime I bought a plan with eSIM from US Mobile so I could make calls, and that eSIM worked perfectly The store fixed things in 5 minutes, restoring my pSIM, but I'll pass on any eSIM from Metro

Look up customer service number for metro call them And say that you want to transfer number to new phone Then it’ll ask you for code to be sent to any number that’s on the account I didn’t have access to my old phone so it was nice that they did that Then they’ll ask for the IMEI, I gave them the one under esim not the IEMI2

Used the QR code from here It added immediately, there was some confusion when I had the old sim in that I mixed up my primary and secondary, apple should really specify which is E-sim as I mixed mine up MT682LL A (XS max 256gb) I had bought a red pocket basic 100 100 500MB sim for "just in case" I'm in areas of no t-mobile coverage Reply reply

STEP 4 - Refresh your eSIM line After you get the line active on your new eSIM, you just need to restart your iPhone, do an airplane cycle (turn it on, and 10 seconds later turn it off)
