The bug is that 'Sanies Lupinus' persists despite 'Lycanthropy' 'Sanies Lupinus' is the initial virus which procs your getting the "Hircine's Gift" quest Once you've done that quest, it's supposed to go away and be replaced with 'Lycanthropy'
