MK11 is really snappy and I didn't notice any frame rate dips It loads -way- faster than before, it's just a shame resolution is so low in handheld mode… —- I just tried Advance Wars 1 2, I don't remember if it had any issues before but it runs great and most importantly, it's not a blurry mess like most games (maybe it was always rather high-res?)

The fact that MK11 runs on a modified UE3 still boggles my mind I'm surprised that NetherRealm haven't ran into the same limitations that Rocksteady did with Arkham Knight It's still one of the best looking games of the generation, but the engine buckles to its knees to provide those visuals

Honestly surprised, my little interaction with the franchise made me think the story was just an excuse for martial arts between people, monsters, gods, cyborgs and whatever they felt like

So MK11 was doing its thing for a few years without my involvement, dishing out several update packs over time and then eventually receiving its Ultimate port on PS5 with nearly all of the post-release content included in one package
