The MSO is the paperwork printed up by the manufacturer that is used to get a title A title puts the bike and you in "the system" The MSO is just paperwork before being turned into a title Loose the MSO before it is a title, you are screwed Loose a title, just go down to the DMV and have a new one printed off The bike actually had good

The manufacturer issues the MSO and the registering state issues a title of ownership when you to apply for a title and or registration What determination the state uses to say the MSO is for a DOT EPA certified street legal bike is probably the question at hand

So, I have no problems at all with the bike, and don't care personally about the title (it still runs the same, right?) But, I trade bikes like kids trade baseball cards How hard will it be to trade a DRZ with a rebuilt title in a year? What kind of a value drop can I expect because of that?
