The issues are twofold Resolution, printed cards need to be at least 600dpi to be anything close to good looking Border Cards need a bleed edge (see rule 1) in order to print properly using any printing service The main purpose of a bleed edge is to create a sort of buffer zone so that if a printer messes up and misaligned by a mm, it won't be printing empty white space I'd suggest

A typical deck should have 24 lands, aggro decks will have around 20, control around 27-28 This number is fudged in standard currently due to MDFC being both a land and a spell but 24 is the typical number There is no guideline as to how many creatures you should have, it depends on your strategy If you feel you are creature light after a few games you can just add a few more creatures for
