I had the magnaflow 18" installed on my truck over the weekend and I have a drone around 1500 Rpm's Any ideas on how to lessen the drone? I'm sorry to hear about your troubles Tips do change the exhaust note, but will not fix drone--that's a harmonic in the muffler, tailpipe and resonators

I know, this is sort of a Coke Pepsi question I had a Flowmaster on my old Gen3 5 7L Thinking about an exhaust upgrade on my new Gen4 2018 5 7L, and my muffler shop said he's been selling way more Magnaflows So far from doing research it sounds like the Magnaflow's straight through muffler

Looking for a new muffler Was stuck on flowmaster or magnaflow but I think I'm sold on magnaflow now Just not sure between 14" and 18" How loud is the 14"? Will it tick off neighbors in the morning or be annoying on the highway? I want a deep aggressive rumble, I don't want a crazy loud noise

Option #2: Run dual 2 25 or 2 5 Stainless Steel pipes after the cats into a Magnaflow X-Pipe, continue running the pipes into 2 SI SO out 18" Magnaflow mufflers, utilize the factory tailpipes, and add 5" x 18" long exhaust tips His local exhaust shop can do Option 2 for only $125 more than Option 1 so cost isn't a big factor

Ordered the direct fit Magnaflow muffler for my 2500 from Mufflex, and got it installed today I really wanted some additional sound that wouldn’t blow me out of the cab, and so far I love it! Startup is a nice deep tone, without the rasp of a muffler delete Cruising speed is very mellow in the cab, and it is throaty under acceleration
