I know, this is sort of a Coke Pepsi question I had a Flowmaster on my old Gen3 5 7L Thinking about an exhaust upgrade on my new Gen4 2018 5 7L, and my muffler shop said he's been selling way more Magnaflows So far from doing research it sounds like the Magnaflow's straight through muffler

Ordered the direct fit Magnaflow muffler for my 2500 from Mufflex, and got it installed today I really wanted some additional sound that wouldn’t blow me out of the cab, and so far I love it! Startup is a nice deep tone, without the rasp of a muffler delete Cruising speed is very mellow in the cab, and it is throaty under acceleration

Just be glad boys; I have 4 mufflers on my true dual system and they are barely keeping the noise below legal levels with my supercharger 2x 30" magnaflow and 2x 14" Dynomax with a bit of drone between 3500-4000rpm and the dynomax are causing enough back pressure that they bent my cutout butterfly valves

There's a whole wide world of exhaust choices besides magnaflow and flowmaster Borla,cherry bomb, gibson, ******, black widow, spintech, jones, dynomax, powersticks First question is what type tone do you want, hollow, deep, raspy, poppy, 2nd how loud do you want it, 3rd how much $$$ do you want to drop I want a more throaty deeper sounding
