If you are really concerned about her wanting to use Margaret as a professional name, then I would consider switching it around so it's Margaret Frankie, and calling her by her middle name Schools are use to writing down nicknames for kids anyway That would make it easier for her as an adult when she has to fill out forms and things

My understanding is one is name brand, gonal f, and the other is generic, follistim I have used them both I find follistim much easier to deal with dosage wise Gonal f for me was in vials and had to be mixed where follistim was in a pen GL!
