    Nursing forces the milk to the back of the mouth, so it gets swallowed immediately and doesn't sit on the teeth the way it can if a baby falls asleep with the bottle in their mouth The only chance milk from the breast would have of touching the teeth is if the baby fell asleep before swallowing the last mouthful, and they are more likely to spit the mouthful out than to hold it You can nurse
