- Anyone know anything about these knives? Kramer Zwilling. Are . . . - Reddit
I still use and take care of my Kramer very often and it’s always an awesome freshener after I messed around with Japanese knives Do get the knife if you have a lot of dough, a clear preference for German-styled knives, or just can’t help but love the damascus pattern
- Zwilling kramer sharpening set : r sharpening - Reddit
So all in all you can get all of this for under $200, minus the instructional DVD But YouTube has a ton of great sharpening resources I'm not saying that you shouldn't get the set, but just be aware there are some great alternative options Good luck on your journey!

Nothing really replaces the shape and size of the Kramer if that is what you are looking for There are lots of better performing knives out there for the same price
- Kramer by Zwilling Carbon 2. 0 alternatives : r chefknives - Reddit
Are there any knives that you would consider better alternatives to Kramer Carbon 2 0 that I should look into (even with different shape) I guess if not this one, then I would probably go with Wusthof Classic Ikon or Crafter
- Thoughts on Zwilling Kramer : r chefknives - Reddit
Between it, a 210 Masamoto KS, a 240 Masashi SLD and a beater 8" Fibrox, I'd say I reach for the Kramer about 40% of the time It is quite heavy, but I find the 8" to be balanced well
- Zwilling Kramer carbon 2. 0 6 Alternative : r chefknives - Reddit
Any thoughts on alternate options to the 6" Zwilling Kramer carbon 2 0 I've seen mixed reviews here Part of me loves it for the Kramer look but it seems like you pay a premium for it Do you have other carbon favorites in that size range And maybe cheaper?
- Zwilling worth it for price? Links below. : r chefknives - Reddit
I had multiple Zwilling Twin Cuisine (now discontinued) knives that I bought b-stock over a decade ago I noticed the handles had cracks in them and reached out to Zwilling I received brand new, non-B-stock knives under the warranty They always work well and hold their edges nicely for me
- Replacement for Miyabi Artisan | Kitchen Knife Forums
The Miyabi and the Kramer both have somewhat rounded profiles My preference (after coming from Wusties and Henks - lots of belly) is for a flatter profile that will support push cutting
