I did eventually find the following address customer services@asda co uk but it was returned with a link to their ASDA Help Centre to provide feedback which is not appropriate for my complaint Thank you in advance

Popped into Asda with my prescription today and I could get Essilor Comfort lenses and the two pairs for £360 - 1 67mm and 1 5mm for the sunglasses Asda reckoned I would adapt from SS Elite to Asda Essilor quite easily - I'm guessing that the Comforts are equivalent to SS Premiums?

I have just checked out an Asda order and on the order summary page the first box tells you what type of slot and the address and date and time of the slot Under neath that is a box it says xx items in trolley Directly underneath it says "You've chosen to accept substitutions on all items" And in blue writing next to it is change options

Thank you jap200, a great suggestion But yes, I have cleared my cache and I also tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both with cleared cache, and also tried the Asda app on my iPad, but nope, I cannot check out an order, so I cannot make an online purchase

I went to Asda here in Barry(Wales) and I've had my glasses for about two weeks now I'm amazed I've taken to them so well There was a two for one offer but having had so many issues due to complex prescription , I went for one pair for £80

Just been to click and collect from Asda Checking the receipt and I can see some differences Galaxy Minstrels - Product Code: 4598105 - Online £1, charged £2 click and collect
