I am very familiar with using Fedex to generate normal shipping labels for boxes I am sending out, but how do folks handle it when they are just sending a label to someone shipping them a box?

I created 3 shipments and on all three selected to have the label emailed to me Two of them got emailed to me, the third didn't I received the email receipts for all 3 I know how to find the labels on the UPS site but can't find them on FedEx Can some one point me in the right direction? Or am I stuck calling FedEx?

- FedEx Lost Package and Ground Trace. What to do?
I believe the label fell off the package so it is now sitting in limbo We called FedEx ground trace and now they keep calling me wanting to know what is in the box in order to match up tracking with an unlabeled box At first i said collectible glassware and they kept prodding so i eventually said vintage beer bottles
