Just go to admin microsoft com > Users > Active Users > select the Shared Mailbox > Reset password After this, you can login with the username password Of course, if you access it via portal office com you won't see Outlook but if you go directly to outlook office365 com you will get access to the mailbox

I totally missed it! I'm talking about Microsoft 365 subscriber without Copilot But I think in any case the Copilot app is broken currently and the Copilot key on my laptop keyboard serves little purpose as I want to use the work version and not have the personal one As for your issues with access to Copilot Pages, as per this post:
