When using the MetaHuman in the newly released Unreal 5 6 Preview version, I encountered the following issue (see the image below) As you can see, after assembly, the character’s textures appear completely black After replacing them with my custom textures, the character regains color, so there’s no issue with the materials I suspect the problem might lie in the texture baking process

hi, i am trying to work with the unreal engine metahuman plugin but after installing the plugin, after downloading a default metahuman preset, imported it inside UE and it all works but when i click the -START MHC button (metahuman creator link) on the quixel bridge metahuman tab i get redirected to the metahuman homepage on the quixelbridge website that said to me to download unreal engine

Is there any chance that in the future the vertice count and triangle data would be identical across all meta humans? On quixel I tried 4 random models and out of the 4 of them only 3 had identical vertice count and triangles The difference seems to be only on LOD 0 For the other LODs they are all 4 identical This would allow us to create morph targets to transition between models Example

In Fortnite Metahuman Creator, some people are using a spare SSD drive and setting a 256 GB manual Page file There is a change where the Meta Creator on the cloud has expired for new users, and only 5 6 is now the only thing and needs massive Virtual Memory, see here
