Thx guys! Just don't want to have to pay for double the hours the book says 2 - 2 5 hrs more labor to size the rings (gap them) and install pistons + a base gasket (unless your cylinder is scored)!!! Tim, do you think dealership will replace pistons without splitting the cases ? milos

Hello fellows, i need some advice on how to replace a worn timing chain from a 2011 rzr xp 900, the specific question is thai If I need to take all the crankcase apart or if can I just pull it from the top of the valve cover and taking the mag and rotor out? any advice? thanks a lot :popcorn:
