Microsoft Word 2007 does not display a red wavy line under misspelled words My word program is not displaying a red wavy line under misspelled words - no matter how absurd The only time I can get it to show up is when I repeat a word I have looked through all of the settings that I could find and playing with the options with no success

I have a problem with Word's spell check I have the "check spelling as you type" option on, so misspelled words get that wavy red underline (assuming AutoCorrect doesn't fix them right away) If I click on an underlined word (left click, regular click) in an attempt to fix it manually, I get a pop-up window displaying spell check suggestions
