You can also login through My Service Canada Account (MSCA) I was also locked out of CRA but was able to login through MSCA Another option is to login to CRA via your bank It may unlock your account after you verify the requested information from your 2021 tax return The customer support lines for MSCA are open

That option does not require a 7 digit PAC, the 4 digit access code for your reports will work Obviously, you’ll need a Canadian bank account with online login credentials for your bank for this to work This will save you from having to request a PAC wait days for it to arrive and from having to wait in line at a Service Canada physical
