15 votes, 22 comments trueLolalytics com is what you should use for builds imo It breaks it down by highest win rate and highest pick rate for builds Just keep in mind if a build has a high win rate but a very low pick rate, the number might not be super reliable but overall the site is the best imo Op gg for match histories and Lolalytics for win rates on champs, match ups and builds

trueu gg was the best, but over the last month or so they've had a really small sample size, sample sizes "revert" (from 7 million to 3 million matches, f'rex) I recommend lolalytics com at this point I use Blitz's app to start the rune-page, and then edit accordingly
