I just got off the phone with MyPoints because my account has been listed as "disabled" Apparently, something happened this weekend to a number of accounts and has caused this problem I was trying to redeem some MyPoints points for a reward and have run into all sorts of problems They said that this 'glitch' should be fixed in the next few days

Had enough MyPoints for a $25 reward and they essentially said they ran out of them and they redeposited my points I waited til I had enough points for a $50 reward, ordered it and wrote them about 3 weeks before it was to redeposit and told them the story and that the new point level was onerous, etc and lo and behold I got the $50 cert in 2

I have several transaction from April that I still have not received credit for - Fox com and Reflect com - and I have written and sent them the documentation I am either not getting any response other than a form

I transferred 15000 mypoints for 7500 UA FF miles It has been more than a month since the request and mypoints emailed back they requested the transfer on 1 20 and it's out of their hands Right now neither account shows my correct balance How long should it take for the 7500 miles to show up in my UA account? Any experiences with this?

Postal mail or not, I think the 4-6 (or 2-4) weeks delivery screen is just the standard default for all Mypoints redemptions As far as I know, all Amazon GCs are codes sent in email Maybe someone with recent redemption can confirm if Mypoints has switched Amazon GCs from e-certs to plastic GCs

- mypoints emails have STOPPED coming in altogether
Three of us have mypoints accnts They all stopped receiving mail a couple of months ago They are not going to a spam folder I just can't figure out what the problem is We haven't done anything that mypoints forbids I even did that update thing several weeks back that was good for 60 points I even sent them a couple of emails asking what's up
