Can a NSSA NSCA member (who has never registered sporting clay targets with NSCA or anyone else) shoot in Hunter Class at a registered sporting clay shoot? Or is Hunter Class reserved only for NSCA non-members? Maybe I missed it, but I can't find an answer in the rule book Thanks
