HUGE (10gb) Outlook. nst file. . . what is it?. . . do I need it? I used WINDIRSTAT to figure out what had eaten up the last of the room on my hard drive and it showed me that there was an Outlook nst file that was a mamouth 10GB in size I can't figure out what it is or if I can delete it I recently upgraded from office 2003 to 2007 but I think I had something huge (a previous outlook nst file) already

如何把本地的ost数据文件导入outlook - Microsoft Community 之前用的公司邮箱登录的outlook，离职后原公司邮箱被收回已无法登录，设置了6个月内的邮件可见，超过6个月的邮件出现截图上显示的内容。Outlook文件中有原公司邮箱的ost数据文件大小有4GB+，应该包含了所有邮件，但是无法直接导入ost数据文件到Outlook查看，只能导入pst数据文件格式。请帮忙解决
