A (hopefully) quick question: When I add a rendering view to a sheet, the scale shown in the view annotation is 12" = 1'-0" nbsp; Can this be changed to "NTS"? nbsp; The Scale Value parameter is grayed out in the Properties panel

For that much work, I can just as easily make one Drafting View, do that NTS work, then relegate myself to NOT creating a Drafting View from scratch anymore, but "Duplicate with Detailing" over and over as needed That "NTS" works holds up with that workflow I just wanted to verify that I could or could not rely on the template to do this work

Running AutoCAD 2021, I don't see an overly-obvious way of going about this, but is there a way to change the viewport scale text field to display "NTS" instead of "Custom" at every decimal scale? nbsp; Essentially just need to change the automatic scale of Custom to display NTS

Add a N T S piece of text in the family and assign it another Yes No type parameter named NTS Enter "not (Auto Scale)" in the formula box for the NTS parameter so that if one is ON, the other is OFF and vice versa, automatically Create different types for Scale and NTS Load in project and create different Viewport types using the types above

does not If you actually want other text to show, like "NTS" for example, then you'll need to have additional visibility parameters to control that text line's visibility You will create a "Type" within that new "View Title" family for all the ways you want that "View Title" to appear You still have more "Type" work to do
