No, that would be VSR (Virtual Super Resolution), an equivalent of Nvidia (DL)DSR RSR is upscaling, not downscaling The closest Nvidia equivalent to RSR would be NIS, I guess, but not quite, as NIS is just primitive sharpening while RSR uses the same stuff as FSR behind the scene, and Nvidia doesn't have anything like that
