Like others said, it's not really needed But Defraggler does TRIM SSD's: Piriform - Defraggler and SSDs But even if you want to use Defraggler, I don't think you need the paid version The only difference with the free version is automatic updates As the last update was released in March 2016, that's not worth it IMHO
