In order to use NAHA logos and trademarks, you must be a NAHA member in good standing at the required level for each logo or seal You must also submit a signed NAHA Logo Permission Form (sign into your member page to download your seal and the logo permission form)

Once your completed application is received by the NAHA Office, the NAHA Board will review your application for approval If your application is incomplete or does not meet the requirements it will be returned to you
