The only Neel that I am aware of - which means they may be more - who married a Spratt - was Colonel Thomas Neel Colonel Thomas Neel was a son of the Thomas Neel who wrote a will in 1766 and amended it in 1768 in Mecklenberg County, NC Colonel Thomas Neel was a revolutionary soldier and quite prominant
