Re: Help removing late payments on Nelnet Student loans Ironically, while everyone is saying the only way they'll remove the lates is if you shouldn't have been in repayment status, even when I've provided nelnet with their own version of proof of enrollment, they are fighting me nonstop to remove the 90 and 120 day lates

trueI have this same benefit and status on my loans, but I’m not in the military I thought it meant that 100% of the loan was qualifying for Income-repayment (IR) Also curious to see if someone else knows what it means since I clearly don’t know

What a shitshow of a company Loan A, daughters loan has a due date of 10 15, a sunday She logs on and cannot choose today 9saturdaY or tomorrow, the due day (sunday) if she chooses monday the 16th it states that you are choosing a date past your due date And no custoemr service lines open on a weekend

Nelnet has been down for the past hour+ for me I was just able to logon to confirm my payment amount due tomorrow Attempting the automatic payment (but other people have said there have been many issues with this) File a complaint with the Student Aid and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if you are having issues so they can track trends and service issues with Nelnet

I just logged into Nelnet and my account shows paid in full I don’t meet any of the criteria for loan forgiveness so I know it’s not true I had all my loans consolidated last year and credit reports show the new consolidated loan I’ll check on my account later today Nelnet is the gift that keeps on giving Update: The issue seems to be resolved Balance is showing up now
