hi all i have nextbase 622GW Parking mode does not work i have nextbase hardwire kit connected to the live switch When the engine is off, then the camera also turns off (parking mode is on) should need to connect the camera to a constant voltage ?

Nextbase have even sent a replacement Dashcam but the issue continues It connects to Bluetooth the phone sees and recognises the Nextbase Wi-Fi but won’t connect

A replacement has been provided by Nextbase and this has cured it, for now at least, but my daughter who also has a similar-aged 312GW has just reported exactly the same symptoms on hers The problem seems to be a fault developing in the power cable making it unable to supply enough current to power the cam and charge its battery
